Created in Japan, this high-tech “electronic bidet-toilet seat” is based on the simple premise that cleansing with water is more comfortable, more effective, and above all more hygienic than using tissues. If washing your hands is a basic part of bathroom hygiene for you, then the Nais™ Personal Hygiene System is the logical next step.

Water action starts as soon as you sit down, with an automatic toilet pre-wash that sprays the inside of the bowl for about three seconds to reduce staining. The system offers a choice of two oscillating warm-water jets with hygienically separate nozzles — one for general use and one especially for feminine hygiene. Nozzle position and jet angle are designed to ensure accuracy and convenience; to increase cleansing capacity, press the Pulse button on the easy-to-operate, side-mounted LED control panel. Both nozzles are cleaned automatically before and after each use, plus you may clean them at any time simply by pressing the control panel’s Nozzle Cleaning button.

The Nais™ Personal Hygiene System dries you comfortably and quickly with a warm, temperature-adjustable airflow. And for chilly winter mornings, the toilet seat can be heated to the temperature of your choice. An Odor Neutralizer automatically starts operating when you sit down, and stops approximately one minute after you stand up (replaceable catalyst-charcoal cartridge lasts for seven years). Tip the lid and it closes smoothly and gradually; seat has the same gentle-close mechanism.

All system functions are controlled by membrane-type switches on the easy-to-reach control panel. Operation status, water temperature and pressure, air and seat temperature are indicated clearly on its LED display. Built-in safety sensor is weight sensitive and can only be operated when seat is occupied, eliminating water spillage due to accidental use or children’s curiosity. Easy to install on most elongated, measures 21” x 6 1/2” x 20”, and regular, measures 20” x 6 1/2” x 20”, two-piece toilet bowls only.
